I just recieved my orders and I decided to cancel after I read more online about them. They said to send back the unused portion. What do they do with it? Sell it again??? Why dont they just let you keep it so you know someone else wont recieve the same ones you just had. I placed an order with CellularKing.com on October 27th. My credit card was charged and I never recieved my order (cell phone case). Try the 2 phone numbers on the web site one just randg and rang the other was not in service. I also called PayPal - they suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed Cellularking about this on 11/07/08 and never recieved an answer. Now I am having to go thru the process of disputing the charge on my Visa. We bought a Golden’s Gym 450 Treadmill and a 3 year Extended Service Plan with it. They suppose to deliver the paperwork via email but we never got it. Be aware that WALMART.COM doesn’t have a phone costumer service anymore. You have to deal with them via email. After we emailed that we never got the instruction how to download the Service Plan paperwork, we got a response with bogus instructions how to get it. I was being charged monthly for a product/service that I did not authorize. But, with a little persistence I got a refund 3 months later!!! This is what I did: I had to cancel my debit card with the bank to prevent Fusion Labs from debiting my account every month. I requested that the bank do an investigation because of unauthorized charges. We purchased insurance in August 2008 for a trip to Aruba in June 2009. I became pregnant and will be 32+ weeks at the time of our trip. My husband, 4yr old son, and I all got the insurance for the trip for this reason. I got a letter from my doctor explaining she advised me to not travel. Boy was I fooled! Local Newcast referred us to their site to learn about saving money with food coupons. One of the stations staffers had a life of couponing and saving hundreds! Then when you contact them re questions and to settle your account then they get snappy and speak rude to you b/c they would rather keep drafting your account for unnecessary fees. The recruitment practices of this company and the underhanded tactics they use when an employee quits should be illegal. Not only do they request that the employee repay the entire amount they have earned with interest but they report the income the employee has earned twice to the IRS in order to cause havoc to them if they do not pay them back. WOW. DO NOT USE this company. their dispatcher is so rude and mean and extremely verbally abusive. They gave me a quote for a 4 bedroom home, 4 bath..then showed up with a small truck and called to say that they will need another truck, 4 more men and also the packing, which we already did..would be $400 additional. I was contacted by CK Sharma, the supposed CEO of CK International offering to do lead generation for my company located in the United States. He claimed that he was in San Diego (as indicated by his 858 area code) but had a call center in India that did lead generation, collections etc for several U.S. companies. It has come to my attention that this rescue is no longer legitimate, if in fact it ever was. The woman who runs it, Nicole Morris, takes donations of money, items, and foster care for horses. This is not a registered non-profit, and no accounting of donations or finances is ever released. The rescue used to run off of a rented property. Bought a RC Helicopter here that had problems out-of-the-box. After several atempts to get it fixed, a statement by the owner that he would replace it if they needed to, and just short of a couple of hundred dollars in repairs because the thing had problems, I was told to "go to hell" and to "pick it up or it would be put out front and left there."
