I am infuriated with the AT&T customer service that was rendered to me. The support from the Business Care Center, Customer Care Center, Santa Ana (CA) Corporate store, and the Premier Web Order Center is horrific. The above company sent me products and charged my credit card and some other credit card that I don't have. Both products were sent to me and I opened one to see what it was and immediately call the number on the bottle to tell them that they were not mine and I did not order them. They told me that they charged two credit cards with postage. I told them to send me an envelope to return them in with postage paid. I was put on hold for over an hour. Very rude. I have a loan for $5, 000 with care credit and recently had $4800 worth of braces work done. I recently lost my job and weren’t able to pay them to make a long story short I now owe them $5900 and they sent me a letter saying that I qualify to pay them $1440 and they would send letter to the credit bureau that it was paid but not paid in full. I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space. Me and My Friend have been so excited about it and we've been talking non stop . And then we fount out that the release date had ben delayed . We even pre-ordered it and payed an extra £10.00 to make sure it came on the release date. I found an $11.99 charge on my bank account. When I called the company they told me that I had signed up for their service when making an order on 1800flowers.com. I am positive that I never signed up for this service. I demanded a refund and that the service be canceled or I would file a fraud report with the police. I live in a building, actually there are three buildings here. I don't know about the others but my building has had cockroaches and bedbugs, they think we don't know but we do. It would be nice to tell everyone so we can keep an eye out. The shovelling here has been horrible since they fired our superintendants. The walkway to the parking lot has not been cleared properly, I almost fall every time I walk on it. The building has not been kept clean and it stinks. Last December when travelling abroad made two calls from the Denver Airport to San Francisco. I made the mistake of using my credit card as I didn't have change to make the calls. The first call got me a wrong number, lasted about 30 seconds and the charge to my card was 16 dollars. The second one lasted a minute after I left a message and cost over 30 dollars. I was told there was no record of my order and I didn't get this product from them. They said that after I had given them my order confirmation number. I recently saw a $59.90 on my credit card statement. I called and found out it has been a recurring charge since April 2008. I normally do not use this card. I have a balance. Every month, I do an online payment so I rarely look at the statement (until last night). I called DRI or E-Auctions Success and found out that supposedly I signed up for a 2 week free trial last March and that after that, they were billing me $59.90. I paid almost $500.00 for 'guaranteed results' from startraffic.net. They SAY they sent out our ads but we never gave final authorization to send anything. The ads, if sent, were delayed nearly TWO MONTHS. Startraffic.net has said they will send proof the ads were sent but never has and will not answer my emails. I'll post the outcome here. If they stand behind their guarantee and either get us results by sending out an APPROVED Ad campaign or refund our payments, I'll post it here. I moved into a 'renovated' place they had a little over a year ago and have had nothing but issues since. I bought two tikis from this a-hole at the flea market. He seemed stoned out of his mind, and the Tikis were rotten and moldy in a less than a month and one of them split right down the face!
