I did order the product and never received it. I ordered it on 1159 and on 1209 the took the $5.95 out of my credit card account. I have called them numerous of times got disconnected 3 times and on 2 occations I could not understand the person I was talking to and she could not understand me. It took me 5 months of diligently calling to finally get my computer they said that the shipping addresses were messed up and this happened to hundreds of costumers! This company needs to be CLOSED. You sign up for a free 14 day trial which would be fine; however they do not send it for 5 or 6 days after you order and pay the shipping and handling and they you do not receive it for another 6 days. That will give you only 2 or 3 days to try the product and they go ahead and charge your credit card for $79.95 without any further product. I have had a second mortgage with this company, and have never been 30 days late - which is what is reportable as late on credit in the Mortgage Industry. I have only exceeded the 15 day grace period 1 time. Since the bank was siezed by the FDIC I have begun to receive calls daily about my account after being only 5 days past the due date, and still within the grace period. I have complained to them as this is harassing. I am told that they can call me daily and that the call is an attempt to collect on a debt. Is this practice legal? I needed a CPU for a customers unit that was on my bench, and I couldnt wait for 3 days to get it. so I drove to this companys location in Stillwater, Okalhoma. I had a very poor exprience with this company. I had ordered a stick of memory from them, which turned out to be incompatible with the existing memory in my system. When I attempted to return it I had to make two attempts to get an RMA REQUEST answered. Following this the request was declined with a statement saying they will not accept returns on memory. I placed an order with CellularKing.com on October 27th. My credit card was charged and I never recieved my order (cell phone case). Try the 2 phone numbers on the web site one just randg and rang the other was not in service. I also called PayPal - they suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed Cellularking about this on 11/07/08 and never recieved an answer. Now I am having to go thru the process of disputing the charge on my Visa. We bought a Golden’s Gym 450 Treadmill and a 3 year Extended Service Plan with it. They suppose to deliver the paperwork via email but we never got it. Be aware that WALMART.COM doesn’t have a phone costumer service anymore. You have to deal with them via email. We purchased insurance in August 2008 for a trip to Aruba in June 2009. I became pregnant and will be 32+ weeks at the time of our trip. My husband, 4yr old son, and I all got the insurance for the trip for this reason. I got a letter from my doctor explaining she advised me to not travel. The recruitment practices of this company and the underhanded tactics they use when an employee quits should be illegal. Not only do they request that the employee repay the entire amount they have earned with interest but they report the income the employee has earned twice to the IRS in order to cause havoc to them if they do not pay them back.
