I purchased an SUV from them in November of 2008. I noticed the first week of driving the truck, that there was a terrible grinding noise whenever I turned the wheel. I tried to get a copy of my DAC from USIS and to my understanding you have to be a member of USIS therefore to become a member, you must have a USDOT DAC #, Be an owner of/or qualified representative of the company and have a dot number.
