I have been to the Kleiman Evangelista Laser Center a couple of months ago and it was terrible. Dr. Anthony Evangelista failed to recognize that I had an infection after surgery, even after I called his attention to the area several times. Dr Michael Mazaheri fails to give an accurate detailing of potenial complications. He in no way obtains a truely informed consent for surgical procedures. He shys away from problems when they occcur I suspect because he can't face his own short comings as a surgeon. Office staff at Mazaheri Laser Center is wellmeaning but do not follow privacy guidelines. They give medical advice without speaking to MD. In my opinion Dr Gary Tylock should not be called a doctor of medicine! What he did to me I consider to be criminal! I trusted him to do a very simple procedure, and I've suffered every since! Dr Harvey Carter has bad people skills and is completely unprofessional. He talked outside of the exam room I was waiting in for half an hour about nothing, and I had to wait 1.5 hours for him to come in. He then got a call on his cell and actually answered it and talked for 15 minutes in front of me. It was despicable. He called with test results and blabbed for 10 minutes, making me think I had something terrible, when it was nothing. Now I'm trying to get an emergency apt and it's impossible. Dr David Kleiman is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. The eye exam he gave me at Kleiman Laser Center was not thorough. He answered a personal cell phone call during my exam! He did nothing to inspire my confidence. On the 4th of february 2009 on my way home from work(Sydney Int Airport) I stopped to put fuel in my car at the 7-Eleven store in Arncliffe. I had about 100Kms till empty before I refilled and I put 36.4 Litre's in. I had 510kms till empty when I departed the store. I did about 40 kms and had to pull off the M5 West bound as the car started to run ruff and back fire. I got the car home and it started to stall. On December 31 we checked into The Serrano Hotel near Union Square and put our car in a garage through their valet parking service. Their valets sideswiped several parking barriers and caused $1200 of damage to the car.
