I originally purchased a mother and daughter horse from Riddermark Stables. I paid $2500 for both. Which everyone told me it was too much. I purchased the horses in November. SICK COMPANY. Ordered a ATI X800 XT PE from them in March. When the package arrived, the ATI box was shrinkwrapped and inside an UNTAMPERED UPS box. However, when I opened the box, I found not an ATI video card, but an old CD-ROM drive. The game wasn't actually prepared for shipping until I emailed them asking about it, a day after they should have shipped it. I purchased a barebones system from these scam artist, after finding them on pricewatch. They charged me to assemble and "TEST" the system (which I thought was a rip-off, but figured I wouldn't have to spend time troubleshooting) and when I received it, only the motherboard was plugged into the power supply. Obviously not tested, the OS wouldn't load. I switched out CD-ROM and tried different CDs with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money, so I mailed it back to them. The customer service is terrible, and there is a 20% restocking fee on any item whether it has been opened or not. Many of the items on their site are not stocked by CompBizUSA, but by direct suppliers who sell directly themselves. If you return something, they must check with the direct supplier to get a shipping label for you, which takes time. Avoid these idiots like the plague! I ordered a humidifier that attaches to my furnace. They sent me one that was used. It had hair and lint stuck in the gum that holds the parts envelope closed and the whole thing smelled like mildew. It was disgusting. I emailed and asked for a replacement.
