Iam a Disabled Veteran on fixed income. In the summer of 2008 I had a busted slap-hot water pipe under my house and it did flood my house. the water damaged my furnuture, sheet rock and my wood cabintes. I have contacted this company numerous times to obtain a refund and have never received one, although they have given me a refund and credit reference number. I wait holding on the phone for minutes, sometimes over 20 minutes, and when a representative does get on the line, they claim that they will put a request into the refund department and that is all they can do. Fastfloors advertises “110% Price Match Guarantee”. This is a complete scam. After placing the order inserting the prices from a legitimate on-line competitor (which were substantially less, by the way) they matched the price, but only beat it by 2.5%, or a 102.5% price match.
