In November all I wanted was a single credit report. that is was what I signed up for I thought. I got my report however once Equidata got my card number they automatically signed me up for services I did not want or need and started billing my card $12.95 a month. We purchased an All American Home from All American Homes in January 2002. Our house was one of the first houses with openings on each & every soffet (used for ventilation). I too looked up the company on the BBB and was shown that it was a reputable company that had been in business for years. After several days of consideration and being promised that I could get all my money back if they had not sold it in one year, I paid $899.00. Sears and their terrible 3rd party support company should be avoided at all cost. I recently had an issue with a Samsung 650A flat panel TV. I called for support and was told by the 3rd party to bring it to the store for exchange. After packing up the TV and driving to the store, Sears refused to honor the tech's recommendation. My complaint is against all banks in general. The banks we deposit our money into use that money, it doesn't just sit in your account. Chase Bank - Now JPMorgan Chase pays a grand total of ONE HALF OF ONE PERCENT in interest. Most banks are not much better.
