Like the other complaints on this board, the company continued to withdraw monthly fees from my checking account after my two year contract period which I had contacted them not to automatically renew. When I brought it to their attention I was told the money would not be refunded and then received a paper bill for an additional month's dues. My husband and I got married on April 28th, 2007. We paid for our wedding ourselves, and my husband worked overtime just to get me the photographer I wanted. After many delays, asthma supposedly etc, puppy arrives on a Friday by Tuesday little Lillybelle admitted to Emergency Vet Hospital after vomitting, bloody stool and lethargy. PARVO... I ordered a free sample on 1/29/2009. On 1/30/2009 I found out this was a scam operation and I called to cancel my order. On 2/2/2009, I called a second time to confirm the cancellation. Both times I was told that my order had been cancelled.
