I ordered the Acadi Berry for a 30 day trial paying only shipping. I did not like the product because it did not work and it made me sick. I tried to return the product by phone and email however, they will not answer. I received a bill for 79.90 for the first shipment. This past weekend I received a second shipment and a charge on my credit card for 69.90. I tried to call and explain I want to return it but, they will not honor the 30 100% guarantee. Maytag Model #MMV4205 This model was bought less then three months before the heating element burnedout. Maytag would not exchange. I’ve been going to St. Paul's Veterinary Clinic for approximately 20 years. I have not, over the years, had many issues with them and have always liked that they are open late and that they are the least expensive veterinarian's in town for shots. My father's AT&T phone bill was charged 14.95 and 9.99 based on fraudulent claims by ILD Teleservices on behalf of a company called US Credit Find. When contacted by phone (1-800-433-4518), ILD Teleservices claimed that these charges were authorized by my wife in January of '09, a patently false claim. The address that they had on record was correct for my father's home, but the name they had was my wife's maiden name, a name that she hasn't gone by in more than 8 years. we bought hottub on ebay from them. paid 245.00 to upgrade the color of tub and the color of wood skirting. they didnt upgrade color. It seems the method of these scammers is to contact anyone they can in your family and not you directly. My brother received 2 calls, my father 1. Dr. Alejandro Mora performed the teeoth whitening procedure known as Zoom on my teeth. The prepearation for this treatment is totally inadequate and the inner portion of my upper and lower lips were burned by the light from the process. It took 17 days for the blisters to heal. When I complained Dr. Mora told me that I had a reaction to the protective coating they applied. Not true. The protective coating was not applied to these areas and the treatment was not properly done. Beware! I was sent notification from Assetcare, inc. Stating that I owe a medical bill from 1999 for $191.00 which I unforunatly paid by credit card. (The emergency room is beyond bad. It really needs to be shut down, after waiting for several hours with my very sick daughter we decided to leave and go to another hospital. Recently I received a bill for $800.00 plus dollars when I tried to dispute the bill, Barbara in the billing department felt it would be better to engage in a verbal sparing match. Dear Home Trends, I have purchased many of your items at Wal Mart and have been pleased with them, but the last comforter I bought has started tearing. I don't remember the name, but it is made up of squares in colors of dk. brown, cream, lt. brown and gold/bronze. It is a King size. The squares that are a gold/bronze color are kind of silky and have started shredding and coming apart from the other squares. I have only had the comforter on my bed since November.
