Purchased Queen size mattress and foundation on 12/17/08. The bed became saggy and it started popping in different places. Called and they sent a tech out on 2/7/2009. I just visited a Starbucks coffee store located at the Richter Library in University of Miami. And I requested for a pump of classic syrup, and they charged me 30 cents. They charged 30 cents everyday whenever I requested for just a pump of syrup. Also, a few days ago, I requested a refill and was denied. Usually, I could refill a cup of coffee by paying 50 cent to 99 cent depending on the location of Starbucks. In addition for billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, I was billed twiced on 1/20 for $89.74 each time for merchandise that I am not receiving nor care to. After repeated complaints to company about unauthorized charges, I received credit on 2/17 for $87.13. DYFS needs to be more diligent in screening applicants to be foster parents for their so-called mentoring program. A lot of the people they choose are in it solely for the money and don't give a damn about the kids they are supposed to be caring for.
