Ordered 3 items 12/16/08, with shipping guaranteed in 7-10 days. Heard nothing, and they did not return daily phone calls. Finally shipped 1/21/09, having already billed my AMEX card. I was checking my credit card statement on-line and found that this company, who I have never used and know nothing about, has made a charge in the amount of $149.99. I can see that with the number of complaints that this isn't a fluke or mistake. This company evidently knows that most people don't keep a close eye on their credit card charges and take advantage of it. As part of my furniture purchase from Basset Furniture I was given a $500 worth of gas redemption certificate from Free Gas Central. I started my redemption in Jan 09 and have not received a gas card. My February submittal was return "unable to deliver. Free Gas Central telephone number has been disconnected and e-mail contact doesn't work.
