I received a call about a free 14 day trial and was to be charged a one time fee of $4.99. I agreed to the trial only. A $1.00 dollar extra for something else unknowingly and then charged another unauthorized 74.45 on debt card, called in to dispute the charge she said that I had agreed to this. I told her she was crazy as a bedbug I would not agree to this. The product doesn't work, I told her I would return it and she said they did not take returns. I have not had a problem with PODs until I moved to Egypt. The first incident was 12/2007. For some reason, I couldn't wire money to my acount in the US of A because of incorrect swift numbers. In November 2008 I was quoted $123.15 and 5-7 days to fix a broken mirror. 3 months later, I still do not have my mirror as yesterday I refused to pay the $236 they are now trying to charge me. Second submission: The program became corrupted and would not delete. I assumed that if I downloaded a current program, I would not be exposed to viruses. In fact I did this twice, to no avail. I subsequently doenloaded another antivirus program secessfully. I am now requesting a refund of $85.88 to my VISA account for two downdload of your PC-illin antivirus, which couldnot be installed. I'm posting on behalf a friend I find this unbelievable . My friend bought a car two weeks ago got approved with a cosigner . Paid a deposit of about $1500 and then after the fact they take it back . Don't even get a cab or provide transportation back home which is sad. Then they make my friend wait a week to get the deposit back(we are still waiting) . Supposedly the lender called the loan . I dropped my two cats off at All Pets Vet clinic to be spayed and declawed. I was told they would need to stay overnight and would not be allowed to go home until 3pm the following day so that they could be "monitored." In 2002 we took deliver of a KitchenAid Refrigerator through Sears, Canada. In the first year Sears came out to repair the freezer at least 6 times and replaced the freezer door once. Under the lemon law we got a replacement KitchenAid product late in that year or 2003. We were advised that the manufaturers defect had been corrrected. Since 2003 Sears has come out at least 10 times to repair the same defects in the freezer and replaced the freezer door again. I was billed for 72.21 on my credit card. I was not sure why. I talked to customer service and they said it was in the terms and conditions and also there was a 30 day money back policy. We purchased tickets to Cancun 4 months prior to trip because we wanted a DIRECT flight. The purpose of buying these "Get A Grip" handles was to insure my elderly mother's SAFETY for getting in and out of the bathtub. However, one of the handles kept falling off the tile wall every couple of days and the other handle stuck to the wall just a little longer (about a week). This happened before they were ever used. I had Haulbikes pick and deliver my motorcycle, and they took over a month to deliver it. They didn't even contact the seller to let them know they were not going to be there for second attempt pick up. I had to call them myself to let them know. Then, they didn't even show up to pick it up. They are horrible communicaters. They lie to you about when your bike will be shipped. Hypersteet failed to renew hosting service completely, correctly. Automatically renewed website on January 2 and sent email to confirm. Also, sent email confirming that domain was renewed for one year, the same way it was purchased. Now Hyperstreet says that the domain was not renewed and it appears someone at Hyperstreet dropped the ball and was not properly trained. Now my website has been down for months and they want me to pay $75 to get it back online. The other option they have given is to wait more weeks, until March 14, to renew the service.
