I subscribe to this company by in January 2009. After having several payments drafted from my bank account I call to inquire about the system and the paperwork. I was told that the paperwork had been sent out, however they had the wrong apartment number on it and that they would resend them. If you are military stay away from here. There is a military clause on the contract but if you get orders and have to terminate your lease before the end of the contract you will be charged one months rent which isn't outlined in the contract. I have had both a checking and savings account with 53 for over 2 years now and, due to this terrible economy have not had much money to put in the account. I waited in line, the drive thru girl couldn't get my order right, when I got to the window, she wanted me to check my order to make sure it was right, it was not. I recently signed up with Dish Network through Nor Cal Satellite and experienced the worst service in my life! The owner Dwayne Milton conned me into signing up. I purchased a vehical from the used dealership and paid cash. I paid the aggreed upon price in full in hard cash which and recieved a receipt. 3 years later i go to sell the vehical to a buyer and the dealership never took the lien from the previous owner off the title which was through gmac. I used to love the Zone Alarm computer suite. It had everything to protect your computer & was great/easy to use. Now the product will not even work. The computer freezes, crashes etc. You have to pay for help, even though it is a new purchase, and they no longer have a phone # to reach them so you have to type everything, which is way too much trouble when you are having probs. I was completing an IQ test on Facebook's website and was asked for a phone number in order to receive a PIN - next thing I notice a $14.99 charge on my cell phone bill to Playphone, Inc: Ringers. I didn't accept any service, I didn't sign up or download any ringers. I was lucky that my cell phone company (Sprint) did reverse the charge and I have now blocked 3rd party access to my cell phone account.
