I too am a victim of Brent Fair's TAPSCON 2009 event. I am out $731.00 for 3 VIP tickets for his event that will not happen, and I am working vey hard to bring this scammer to justice. This company continues to sell tickets to this event that will not take place and refuses to return my refund, as well as refusing to contact me or any of the ticket holders. I purchased a Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher 2 years ago, the dishwasher constantly swicthes itself from normal wash to rinse cycle on it's own. Then it takes 2 hours to run behind you can attempt to rswitch it back to the normal cycle which at 2 years old is not even switching back. However when i did not get a download my account was still debited the £3.46 but then a number of days later a further £28.98 was also debited and as yet i am waiting for the next to come out. I allowed the owners of the Charleston boat club (aka Freedom Boat Club franchise) to handle the sale of my membership. It was a cash transaction. ordered 2 kitchen counter stools in March. Never got by there est arrival date. called and they told me they were delivered to my house and sat in front of the garage doors. Told her they were not, 5 reps later they found out they were delivered to NY not PA. They called the company and another set was to be sent out the next day and they would email me with the tracking # and still nothing. We use them to ship a Japan shipment, and our shipments were vandalized. Goods were stolen, half carton of items are gone, packages are ripped opened and the contents were stolen. We confirmed with customs that they didn't open any boxes. The shipment arrived weeks (after clearing customs) before they deliver with an excuses that they don't have enough truck to deliver. The defective telephone unit was sent back to Ontario via courier (Sanyo refused any other type of method of return) at my expense of 30.15. Back in October 05 we found a website called Brandshut and talked to "the salesperson" (I think he is the only salesperson besides the owner). The information on the website and from the salespersons mouth was that the bikes went 85+ and came with a windshield. I have also been slammed with long distance charges to this number for the last TWO years. Every month I call BellSouth to have the charges removed. I have even moved and had my number changed. They sent me a renewal notice for Vanity Fair to which I subscribe. I thought nothing of it and paid the bill. We ordered a carpet from BOS on 1-31-06 and was promised it would be installed on 2-10-06 around 9 AM. I called several times throughout the day and was told the installation would be later and later until finally at 4 PM I was told that they could not install the carpet today or any day until at least 2-15-06 (which I could not be home for). 1 year ago, we had 2 sliding windows and 1 bay window installed. The installation was very poor; the bay window frame started coming apart in a few months, the casements on the bay window never opened properly, and one of the sliding windows had a wrong-sized screen shoved in its place. This week I ordered flowers for my wife from the FTD website for Valentines day. When they were delivered they were not the red roses I had ordered. Instead, they were peach roses.
