When I called AT&T today to ask about detailed charges on my monthly bill, the customer service rep asked me if I knew what the ILD Teleservices Inc charge was for. Per AT&T, they are NOT responsible for that monthly 8.23 charge. They said I have to call ILD to cancel the monthly charge even though I contracted with AT&T and NOT ILD. I called ILD and was told that I need to contact MyBillingGuys.com. Now I see that this is a fraudulent charge which has been appearing for years on my account. My daughter is a student at St Philip the Apostle in Clifton, NJ . I CANT STAND THE PRINCIPAL. She is not fit for the job, i wish they would FIRE HER ALREADY! my husband and i have bought a sound system and brought it home hook up everything and when it came to turn on the sub woofer nothing happen. We signed a contract to purchase a television with Aarons, we have made all our payments on same, the bulb in the Television blew out and in contacting them to replace the television they promised it would be replaced over night. 7 days later we have heard different stories by the staff who man the phones, also, they offered no replacement television until a formal complaint was made to head office. Placed an order online, money taken from credit card, delivery date confirmed via a short email, however nothing appeared on the confirmed birthday/delivery date. Had I not enquired with the birthday recipient I would never have known of the non-delivery. They promised a free gas card if I would look at the material. They billed me on 4/1/09 for postage/handling for $4.95 each ($9.90)for Journey Pass and Valu Pass. Ordered 6 lavender plants on March 23, 2009. The company cashed my check for $12.90 on April 2, 2009. To date, I have not received my plants and when you try to call their number, you cannot get through and the call gets disconnected. They not only charged for their plants, they charged shipping and handling. After viewing all the complaints on the web, I guess I got taken too.
