I am a person that some one in 2004, 05, 06 opened 12 credit cards on my name and only in December 2006, I found out about the matter. The debit was $37, 000.00 and one of the credit card is Victoria Secret with the balance of #$446.00 dollars. During this time I wore to every one telling them, this person is not me. Ridex Plus unit do not work. Since installing 2 units in a 22oo sq ft home I have still had rodents in my home. The company refuses to accept the return on the units based on a timeline of a money back guarantee. Much like the previous complaint I sent a large sum of money on new cabinets. Tom was very responsive prior to my order. Unlike the previous person there were missing parts (hardware mainly) and incorrect drawer fronts and rollouts. At first Tom did respond and promised to correct the situation, even told me the parts had been ordered (which turns out they weren't). I purchased a coffee colatta for lunch and was totally disappointed. It cost over $3.00 and I had to throw it out. It tasted like super sweet sugary dishwater. Didn't taste any coffee flavor at all. The company was offering one free trial bottler for $5.95 shipping and handling. They never say the cost of the blottler was $ 69.95. They never specified " if you don't buy the bottler you will be charge $ 69.95. These are Timeshare Resale Outfits. They claim to have a buyer interested in your timeshare. Some have actually gone as far to tell me, "I already have a downpayment from an approved buyer" These Shysters want you to pay up frount to clear & transfer title. The problem is they claim it takes 2-3 weeks to do title work, they then claim to give the supposed buyer 30 days to accept offer. By now 6-7 weeks have passed, they have your money, you have nothing, and because of the length of time from Credit Card transaction and you realizing you have been a victim, it makes it more difficult to recover your money. I went to C-Media website, and it directed me to Driver Doctor to make sure that I would choose the correct driver. After spending a long time downloading the program, it required a fee greater than the price of the hardware for which I wanted the driver. So I refused. I think that the creators of the program had decided that I should be punished!! For when I returned to use my computer, it was if some very nasty virus had gotten in. Many things didn't work. Here recently I applied for an Auto Loan, via the Computer. Next thing I notice on 4/30/09, my bank account had been charged an overdraft fee, . I never signed up for this service and I know there are many others out there who have had the same problem. I want to start a Class Action Law Suit, and would like any feed back from those who have been scammed by this company. I also will go to the Better Business Bureau and fill out the Paper work there. Landmark Clearing / Scuta Network submitted a scam check to my dead mothers checking account, stating that they a signature on file. I contacted Landmark Clearing two times and was given two different company names that are DBA, doing business as. The first company stated that they do not know of Scuta Networks. Our issue is we are having water spots on our sealing on the top floor and don't know if the roof is leaking or if the vents weren't sealed to code. This vet place is horrible. I took my cat there for annual check up and vaccine. Guess how much I was charged after a physical exam and 3 regular shots. $280! The charge three times other vets would charge. The worst thing is when I complained at the big number at check out, the receptionist just told me it is my fault not to ask for an estimation of cost before the service. These guys totally suck. They are #1 in canada and only deal in volume. Stay away from Sherwood Nissan, they suck. Much like City Ford, they don't know what Cust Serv is once they sell you because its all about volume and getting the lower mass buy rate or National discount. Just reviewed my AT&T phone bill, and to my dismay I discovered to months worth of $19.95 charges for a Member's Edge voicemail service. How can they do this? I have never even heard of such a service, or this company. I was successful at getting through to customer service promptly, and they said they would credit me $39.90. On two occasions on January 6, 2009 I ask the CVS Representative who contacted me for the contracted cost of the drug. On two occasions the representative would not disclose this information, ether because she chose not to, or for some reason did not have this information. This seemed strange to me but the representative was persistent in her request for my copay of $150 so I gave her my credit card. On December 12th of 2008, I bought a used 2006 Toyota Camry SE off the Internet from Gene Gormans Auto Dealership . I contacted the dealer and asked what condition the vehicle was in. The Dealer explained that it was in excellent condition, and that it still covered under it original 30K mile warranty since the car had only been driven 26K miles. My account was charged like the rest of you after the initial charge (because I didn't read the small print) I didn't cancel after 14 days. But this 29.95 each month was totally unexpected.
