Purchased car from this dealer in December 2007 from an ebay listing. Tried to schedule an inspection with the salesman and he assured me the car was perfect and like new and sent me copies of the carfax report showing it had no defects. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... I ordered a coat rack online which was misrepresented in their advertising as having "Brass Plated Hooks" but the item came with VERY FLIMSY PLASTIC balls for hooks. A couple of the plastic balls broke when we assembled the coat rack. We glued them back together, but the plastic continues to break on several of the plastic balls. I had several technical questions about Active Webcam and the Argus DVR software. After I filled out the online form, it said non-registered user questions are place in a low-priority queue. Fair enough. After two weeks I broke down and bought the Active Webcam. Its been two weeks now as a registered user I have been waiting for a response to several questions submitted several times. I called Southtowns Appliance to take a look at my gas range that was not working correctly. They quickly sent over a repair man who to my shock charged me $90 for the service call (which lasted about 20 minutes). No where at any time was I told that there would be a fee for this service. I had been using Fraudaid.com to report scams that I receive on a daily basis. I followed their instructions and forwarded emails to them as it stated to do so on their site. On 3/12/09 we had our air ducts cleaned by this company, whose name should be changed to "DIRTY Air Technologies"! During the procedure something went terribly wrong and they blew dirty air back into our house through the air intake vents, creating a dirty and filthy mess in our house. On 4/14/09 I ordered the CD as instructed because the logo used by the site is identical to the Google Logo which was obviously very misleading. Furthermore, the charge is $1.97 for the CD and there is no mention of any additional charge of $72.21 dated 4/24/09 which I found while checking my Credit Card account today (5/2/09). I called on Monday April 6th and cancelled my order after reading further that the product was going to cost me 79.95 and I was going to be billed for a 3 month supply. I spoke with Cameron and she stated that all of my information was deleted and I would not be charged for anything because my information was no longer in there system.
