Hello all, I am really dissappointed and frustrated with HP. We bought this HP notebook model G60-235DX only 2 months ago and have been using it very lightly. 2 weeks ago my wife was closing down the monitor when all of a sudden the picture on the display dissappeared and black and white lines appeared on the screen. A permanent black spot of 1 inch in diameter showed up on the screen as well. I ordered 4 ink cartridges from these guys and had to contact them repeatedly about my order for weeks before I got them. They even notified me that my order had been shipped when it hadn't. It was at least six customers waiting to order and a customer returned to the store complaining about a 15 piece she had brought thru the drive thru. She ordered regular chicken and was given spicy. As i was watching an advertisement on the local television channel, I thought it would be a good idea to purchase a GE money bank card. Orbitz doesn't provide basic customer service. You can actually get "confirmed" reservations for airline travel WITHOUT even getting a seat assignment. Their system doesn't even notify you of this. Then when you call them, you get this off shore call center with people that are incompetent and lie to you. I was solicited to switch to the Delta Skymiles card from American Express online while visiting the Northwest Airlines site. I signed up for a deal which stated that I would be given 25000 bonus miles after using the card for the first time and 25000 miles would be replenished when used for "pay with miles" program. I contacted her for help. She told me 1 week results. It's been over a month now, and ever since contacting her, she doesn't answer messages left. She calls saying she is very busy and then asks about the rest of the money to be sent to her, but yet there were never any results. She says she needs to do more spells in order to get the results needed. What a load of bull! Just to take your money, just like others. Her taking money, is the only results you will ever have. It took some digging, but the $34.84 charge on our credit card bill from "Carallumma Extreme" was neither authorized nor originated from us in any way. The company is apparently a notorious criminal activity charging people an innocuous amount (it seems always $34.84) and hoping people just pay it. The credit card company refunded our money, but, judging from complaints from others on the Internet, I fully expect to continue to get charged by them every month until they go to jail. read full review »

I purchased and paid in full (upon the date of purchase) a beaded wall hanging. The payment of $113.08 was withdrawn from my Visa debit card on the date of purchase. I made the purchase on November 30, 2008. I have emailed the company over 100 times and have received 3 emails in return stating it was a busy month, the company was moving and my order just came in. Norton Fraud Alert appeared on my computer screen informing me I needed to renew my Fraud Protection Service. It was presented in such a way I thought it was rather urgent. Chevron statements are dated the 1st of every month (even if it is a Saturday or a Sunday)and are due the 15th. We are in California and by the time the statements are received from North Carolina, they are already late. You will be charged a fee if you mail them a check. Our Company will stop using Chevron as one of our fuel suppliers...we urge everyone to do the same. We have ALWAYS been a good customer in good standing so we don't understand why they are treating good customers this way... My mother and I have been seeing Ladda here for years now, but when i booked my sister and 6 year old niece an appoitment here with Ladda a lady named Anna took her instead and CHOPPED off my niece beautiful hair. They are great until you sign the deal and buy the car. They don't follow through on ANYTHING they say that they will do. I was lied to repeatedly and the General Manager is one of the rudest people I have EVER come into contact with. The customer service here is a joke. I have been duped by EZ Saver Rewards with monthly charges of $14.95 for several months dating back to August 2008. We have a "busy" charge card with two of us using it and that one charge along with so many others just got lost. We have not used this card for a couple months and now this charge sticks out like a sore thumb. Like another complaint on this site, the 800-line does not allow you to get to a person. the call constantly disconnected even before any conversation starts, was charges $3...so you could be not able to talk for anything and already got charged $3. terrible service!!! this happens at least 3 times a day, that is $9 charge for nothing. i have to buy $59.9 which $9.9 is convenient fees, which lasted 2 days only. we only talked for 40 mins a day or less, so that is 80 mins for $60. well the rate is actually ~$6 for 15 mins, if the disconnect problem isn't there, then $50 will last 120 mins, so the connection problem... read full review »
