Hotel 71 in Chicago Il. 71 E. Wacker Dr. The hotel allowed someone who was not a guest of mine access into my room. That person proceeded to lock my guests and I out of our room. My husband and I purchased a Black 4 Post bed from Mor Furniture in March, 2008 from the 59 Ave & Bell Location in Phoenix, Arizona. Although the bed came in on time, the foot board and two post where damaged. I have a complaint against Davi & Valenti Movers (a division of Wheaton worldwide) that you can add to your website. I had them store my furniture, which was new, in 2006. They delivered it to me in 2008 covered with mold. I spent 6 months cleaning up mold and having it tested. Then D&V sent their own inspector who found no mold. My mold inspector said the wood had mold in it and the furniture needed replaced. In December of 2008 I bought a Gaggia Carezza espresso coffee maker. When I began using the coffee machine it seemed to work fine, but within one month it broke down when the steam mechanism failed. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture for my expected newborn about 6 weeks ago. I was told that the furniture would take 7 to 14 business days to arrive. I am a media rep who worked with MY Big Fat Greek Restaurant on a television ad campaign. All of the owner's collectively signed a 6 month contract. The total of the contract was $84, 000. They agreed to pay within 30 days of recieving their invoices. Not only did they NOT pay withing 30 days, but 6 months later, they have only paid $7, 000 on their balance. Recently they have been turned over to collections. Not only was I lied to (several times), but this deal caused me to lose thousands of dollars in commission.
