There are numerous items that were supposed to be corrected, repaired, or finished. We've made at least a dozen calls to get the work finished. Not only have we not got anything done in almost 6 months but we haven't even got one phone call returned. One of the problems is we paid them in full before the project was complete. Not only are we filing a complaint with the BBB but we'll be contacting our attorney too. Next thing is to share our story with local newspapers. This company charges higher than average compared to other companies but they are known for doing better than average work. It's really disappointing to get such bad service when we paid so much. Some of the things that aren't complete or corrected: 1). Repairing moulding at the top of cabinets. 2). Installing wood cover for bottom of cabinets. 3). Sealing moulding at the top of cabinets. 4). Installing wood cover for dishwasher. 5). Installing kickboard-moulding around center island. 6). Sealing center island at the floor. Probably more too.

We'd like to get the work completed but I feel hesitant to have it done by them. We would at least like to have the work finished, and finished to our satisfaction. We'd also like some sorta discount since we paid top dollar for such lousey service. We expected and paid for much better. We'll be getting the rest of the work done in our house with another company.
