These guys totally suck. They are #1 in canada and only deal in volume. Stay away from Sherwood Nissan, they suck. Much like City Ford, they don't know what Cust Serv is once they sell you because its all about volume and getting the lower mass buy rate or National discount. You might pay a few hundred less but you may pay for it much more if you encounter any issues. They have screwed up at every turn and fail to return calls/emails etc. They don't' give a shit. Ty B is the GM and his team sucks. Mike M was the sales guy. Be warned stay away from these unprofessional and typical Car Sales liars. Nissan should be doing more to protect their brand image but they know Sherwood is number one in sales so they look the other way in service. I expected a lot better from a Nissan a lot better!
