I was solicited by email/phone for group health insurance. The phone representative told me there was a one-time association fee of $450 plus the monthly premium/charge of $434 per month. Gave them my bank account info to withdraw this amount. Got a bank statement about 2 weeks later showing there had been five (5) withdrawals totaling more than $1200 - all this more than 2 weeks before my coverage was to begin. I received a letter dated April 4, 2009 from RMCB (Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc) Collection Agency requesting a payment of $29.64 for merchandise purchased from Highlights for Children on September 30, 2008. This water saving washing machine does not wash clothes. My husband bought ours and I have put infant clothes with spit up on them in to wash only to have the same clothes on top with the vomit still intact. The same has happened with many other stains. It does not even make good engineering sense to have a washing machine which rotates in the conventional way not have much water in it.
