Chuck and the entire NMIG Inc. company is a fraud. I sold my boat to someone through them and they are supposed to be collecting the payments and sending them to my bank. Luckily the guy who bought the boat is a good guy and is making the payments but NMIG is not sending them to my bank but is just keeping them. The buyer also put down 3 months of payments as a deposit in case he defaulted on the loan at which time NMIG was supposed to use that money to make the payments. i bought the loreal dual lipstick a few days ago from boots at livingstonwest lothian i followed the instructions, but whenever i apply the lipstick, leave it a few mins then apply the gloss it flakes all the time it looks like flakey paint, i find that quite unacceptable as the dual case lipstick was not cheap to buy, unfortunately i did not keep the reciept so the boots wont take it back, i feel the actual lipstick is not right cosmetically and would like yous to know that the product is imperfect.i buy a lot of loreal products and this is the first time i have experienced anything like this before. read full review »

I have been a customer for a long time at Carl's Jr. I went in on 5/7/2009 at @ 9:30 at night and ordered a #1 famous star. I got home and the burger did not have cheese on it. When we went to get our food in the drive thru the woman at the window was so rude barely acknowledging that we were there. My tea was bitter and I asked for a new drink and she became hateful. I am receiving an illegal unauthorized subscription of the O-magazine and now receiving an invoice from the Hearst Corporation. There is no number or contact information to ask questions. All they want is a payment. I have gone to the O-magazine and canceled this subscription which I never authorized. With their freud information hotline I was able to find out that this company is not even in the US. They are from Great Britain. So good luck for those trying to get a direct refund. I made a payment on my account online through their website. I was going out of town for 2 weeks for a vacation and made the payment one day before my statement date. They applied that payment to my previous statement period (which I had already paid). So now there are 2 payments for that statement period and I was charged a 39 dollar late fee for the current statement. In other words I was charged a late fee for paying early. Recently visited South Africa and hired a car from Imperial Car hire (Eurocar). I filled the car up at Durban airport before returning it.
