The phone number for the company does work and has worked since March 2009. There was no wait time and I spoke with a person. The rules of the order are online but most people do not read them. They were also included on a sticker with the products and it does tell us the next charges and shipping. The first red flags on the 30-disc "Nash Bridges" series I ordered for my wife's birthday started flying the minute the package arrived -- from China. The second set went up when we started trying to watch. Castle Hyundai promotes when you buy a Hyundai from them that they provide tires for the life of the car. They tell you that if you bring your car back to them for "all" service, they will provide " free" tires for the life of the car. I purchased a Samsung LN52A850 from Electrozone, purchased with VISA, they called back to confirm order and this was a new product but had been opened box from a bankrupt store. I have used Avon beauty products for many years, with no problems. I brought the above cream, which made my face and neck swell up, it was a red burning rash, my eyes swelled up, and i had to go to the doctor, who gave me Cetraben, Emollient Cream, to cool my face. I did not use the cream anymore. It was just like very bad sun burn, and my face peeled. No wonder its called "face lifting" cream, because i certainly had a new layer of skin afterwards.
