Andrew Webber bid on a web design project for me. We came to an agreement and he took a deposit. He then became "slow" in delivering anything- then had a strong of "personal issues" which kept him from finishing- then admitted he wasn't going to complete the project and said he would refund my deposit. Which despite repeated calls and mails, he did NOT do.
Google this guy- you'll never hire him. I am sure he must have changed his name by now.
