Americore/ECUDrect
jrandallm May 11, 2009
On January 5, 2009, I authorized Americore to charge my employer's credit card for $299.95, Americore's advertised price for rebuilding the ECU from my company's 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 V-8 van. Americore advertised the average turnaround time for this service to be 48 hours. Although Americore's site also advertised free UPS ground shipping, I was told when I placed the order that by this promise Americore meant return shipping only, and that my company would be required to pay the cost of shipping our Dodge ECU to it... read full review »

I ordered the product and recieved more than what was advertised on the internet ad. Not only was I sent more but I was charge for something that I did not order. The very first day that I recieved the product I called and cancelled for that reason. I was told that no matter what, whether I sent it back before the payment was granted through my bank, they were going to still take the money out of my account and that I will recieve a refund in thirty days. Not only did I not want what they sent or even open what I had, but there was an invoice... read full review »

This computer company sells used stuff such as tower cases, once i ordered a tower xclio 380a and they sent me a worned box of a tower i ordered online. I did not expect a box that was so worn out, and when I open the box to take a look at the box the tower had 3 cracks and scratches on it. I was so dissappointed so i called the help line and all they said was to call the courier and complain to them because there was insurance on the shipment. I also ordered a Asus 790GX motherboard along with the tower, the motherboard also was damaged... read full review »

Dometic Air conditioner lasted 6 months into warrantee, the refrigerator lasted 8 months into the 3 year warrantee. Motor home used only 2 months during that time. Motor home had less than 1000 miles on the odometer. Motor home manufactured by Forest River. Forest River or Dometic will back up the 3 year warrantee because I am a second owner. This is a rip off. This company not only misrepresented themselves, mislead me into paying outside of escrow on Guru.com so they could escape dispute process, but then after 4 months (2 months longer than the timetable promised to me to complete the project), they hadnt completed the website and demanded 50% more than the agreed upon rate to simply give me the files completed-to-date so I can hire a more competent company to finish them. Moreover, the work they have done is illegal, they simply copied the source code of my current cart provider (which opens me... read full review »

This is a permanent public information page about Kevin Ginty, the man who gives the good people of Ireland, Irish Trade and Co Wicklow a terrible reputation. Ginty negotiated purchasing of goods from various suppliers for his business First Aid Express Limited under credit terms and good faith. Large debts are now significantly overdue and several legal final demands have been issued. He has made many promises to pay his supply chain, but fails to do so on every occasion. I have only had a computer in my home since June 2005 and since that time my one and only legitimate internet service provider has been Massillon Cable in Massillon, Ohio. Sona Diamond Jewelry is the bar-none the WORST company with which I have ever dealt. I ordered a Sona Diamond pendant and chain from them on 4/23/09, for the birthday of a loved one that was still 2 weeks away. Since the website didn't alert me to any delayed shipping, and did not force me to agree to the company's terms and conditions, I assumed that the item would arrive in plenty of time. An individual named Rashidi working for this company replaced the windshiled on my Audi with non spec aftermarket glass instead of Audi glass . I did not realize how bad a job he did for a couple of days because he stated that the tape he had placed around the seals had to remain on for a couple of days. We have been subscribers to Crosswinds Communications for about three years. We have a website hosted on their ISP and our business and personal e-mail accounts. The service over the past year and a half has been abysmal. The service is unavailable half the time and it has often cost us valuable response time to our clients as a result. We have repeatedly attempted to phone and e-mail them to no avail. They have an automatic monthly withdrawal to extract the fees for their service each month. We rented an apartment from Judy Mei realty. There were many instances where she and the building manager, Jack Shih, were inattentive and self-serving. 1. We were promised the water damaged walls would be repaired prior to move in. They were fixed eight months later by a worker who did not speak English. Bought a VGA Graded game on Ebay and to my surprise it was NOT the quality I was expecting considering it's rating.
