When we went to get our food in the drive thru the woman at the window was so rude barely acknowledging that we were there. My tea was bitter and I asked for a new drink and she became hateful. I am receiving an illegal unauthorized subscription of the O-magazine and now receiving an invoice from the Hearst Corporation. There is no number or contact information to ask questions. All they want is a payment. I have gone to the O-magazine and canceled this subscription which I never authorized. I made a payment on my account online through their website. I was going out of town for 2 weeks for a vacation and made the payment one day before my statement date. They applied that payment to my previous statement period (which I had already paid). Recently visited South Africa and hired a car from Imperial Car hire (Eurocar). I filled the car up at Durban airport before returning it. I have been tryin since November 2008 to use my card. Firstly Barclaycard started sending my mail to Liverpool, France. It took five months to pursuade them that Liverpool was actually in England. They then sent me another card, the two previous were of no use. I managed to use the third one for all of twenty four hours and then it was blocked.
