I saw a transaction on my account pending for $1.95 I knew automactially I did not make or authorize a small amount like this and that it was basically "fraud" and that is exactly what my bank said, and to call the merchant and ask for my card to be credited back the $1.95 and cancel everything with my name. The customer service rep. was very nice and sounds like this is something that happens often and I am just glad I caught it before my card was charged again or again. I took my son to Smartstyles in Walmart for a hair cut. There was no where to sit, so I sit at an empty station. A lady lady wlked into the salon and was talking to another stylist. The lady then approached me and ask me to moved to an another station so I politely did. She pushed the chair up to the sataion and left. I found out she was the manager of the salon. I ordered an Ed Hardy shirt from these gentleman on April 20, 2009. The price was reasonable and they claimed they were offering a brand new style shirt. My credit card was charged prior to the indication that it had been shipped. The company indicated that it shipped on April 23, 2009 and provided a UPS tracking number. I thought this was from You Tube, I joined it on the suggestion of my children and never participated in it. I was totally shocked at the all these different videos that they were advertising. I have never got on any sexual sights. I want to notifiy the FCC about this but in my rush to notify you I deleted everything. I had planned on sending the email addresses and forgot to get their email address so I could forward it. This needs to be stopped in its tracks, please advise.

Bristol Court Apartments I was shown a demo apartment on September 26th, 2005. I was told apartment would be ready on September 30th. I signed the
lease on September 30th 2005 and paid the first months rent. The apartment had a wet stained carpet, broken coils on stove, no heat or hot water. I did not get a receipt with the Magellan and did not think anything of it at the time. A month ago the Magellan quit working. I contacted Magellan and they agreed to fix the unit within the one year warranty, however they required a proof of purchase. I have never used Vycera in my life, never new they existed. Then I get a past due notification. I called to find out what that was all about. I gave them the account # that appear on the notice. I told them that that was not my phone number. It is very similar. They kept insisting that it was my number, I should know my phone number since I have had it for years. This is one art Museum you can afford to miss!!! Don't waste your time visiting a museum which is three quarters closed 90 % of the time. The Museum is beautiful, the management is ridiculous. My experience when The Museum was miserable.

On June 7, I purchased two Godfather's Pizza $25.00 gift certificates to be shipped to my home. I received a ship confirmation email on June 8.
Last week, after deciding I had allowed enough time for the certificates to arrive by US Postal Service, I wrote to CityDeals asking if they knew of any issues as to why I had not received the certificates. The previous reviewers are absolutely correct in their claims against NCOA (www.joinncoa.net). I had purchased my plan through Letstalk.com and had only wished I'd known what sort of insurance I was purchasing, or had seen these reviews in advance. I filed a claim over 3 weeks ago and have received few details regarding the phone I seemingly sent to the great beyond. Bekins moved my household on Nov. 15, 2005 and was due to deliver on Nov. 18, 2005. The truck did not make the delivery due to a "breakdown", didn't make it the next day either. I had a prepaid vacation with family at Disneyland for the 21st of November through the 22nd. No clothes, no goods no nothing and when delivery was made on Wednesday the 23rd there was damaged, missing and completely destroyed property.

My complaint is that after ordering a large sausage pizza from Giuseppes from my hotel room. One hour and fifteen minutes later I received a cold extra large pepperoni pizza. On May 6, 2009 I called the above business that had sold me a wheelchair (approx. $15, 000.00 from Medicare/medicad) informing them that it needed repair. That the chair had moved without my efforts crashing into a closet and refrigerator door causing extensive damage to both. Pure NV Salon didn't wash my daughters hair, do the head massage, just curled her already wavy hair. They charged $48.00. I called and explained that I got my hair cut, blowed dry and curled for $50.00. Client Services, Inc. is the collections agency that Citibank uses after their collections attempts have failed. My secondary complaint is in regard to the associates' behavior. Two different male associates were rude, angry, and accused me of fraud. The one female associate that called me next used the "female to female" strategy, and was condescending. Puppy ate minimal on Thurs was drinking water but had loose stools, ate minimal of Fri continued to drink water and have loose stools. I thought maybe some transition issues from being flown in. On 7/16/08, my husband & I spoke with a Matt Kaplan from SellItNowMotors. We were told that our 1928 Ford Model A would be sold within 6 months. In order to list, we had to pay them $299.00. However, if the vehicle was not sold within the six month period, Mr. Kaplan informed us that we could cancel our listing, and be reimbursed the entire $299.00 listing price. This company claims to be a small business loan company. They find lenders and then require an insurance payment to guarantee the loan. The first Loan attempt .. I was told they lender redflagged the amount for whatwever reason. My $1, 880.00 that I sent in was to be returned in 3-5 business days. Today is day 5 .. no refund.

They TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! I took it there for an oil change, simply job unscrew a couple bits screw together and fill. WRONG they manage to royally mess it up. They stripped the threads in the oil pan, for non tech savy people that means they need to replace the oil pan! This is because the bolt cannot be removed to tightened its just stuck leaking oil about a drop every 3 seconds.
