I purchased general liability insurance (paid in full) on my martial arts school in August 2005 from F.L. Dean. They wewre advertised in a martial arts magazine as a top insurance company for martial arts liability.
I sold the school in January 2006 and notified Dean by e-mail, fax and phone that I was no longer in business, asking them to cancel the policy and return any balance due.
To date, they have not complied. They claim it was sent to the insurance writer and I would hear from them.
I want my money. I have been more than patient as I feel it doesn't take 5 months to complete a refund.

Hash: SHA1 I purchased two tickets for "The Black Eyed Peas" for a performance at the "Wembley Arena" in the UK. Upon arrival to the venue, I was informed that the arena is a completely non smoking venue. If I attended the concert, I could not smoke and no facilities were available to smoke in-side or outside of the venue. If we entered and left to smoke I would be refused re-admittance. I signed up for a three-line T-Mobile Family Plan at Apex Telecom (113 10th St, Oakland, CA, 94607). There was supposed to be a $800 rebate after 27 weeks from Apex (not T-Mobile). After 18 months I still have not received the rebate. After about 7 months I went to the store at least 3 times (about once each month). Each time they said they will look into it. I also sent a letter to them regarding this matter on June 12, 2005. As of today (June 23, 2008) I have not heard from them or receive any communication regarding the rebate. read full review »

In response to this complaint...This particular bride and her mother met with me several times. I took the time to show them different samples to accommodate their budget. I showed them different price points to see what they wanted and they chose the arrangement they wanted. I delivered and set up this wedding personally. I was on site for at least one and a half hours. At not one point during that time did the bride or her mother comment that things were wrong or they were not satisfied. The Kokomo Swifty Gas Station is a "feeding frenzy" when their prices are lower than other stations. Patrons have to unsafely get in line on U.S. 31 to await their turn into the station. There is no one in charge of those people patiently waiting in line for their turn, nor anyone who polices it. The attendants pay no attention to vehicles who "cut in line" and the patrons are getting upset. Bigger cities have shootings over this type of occurrence. In April 2006 we signed a 3 year agreement for counterforce to install and monitor an alarm system in our home. The system never worked right. The batteries were constantly going out, the inside of the panel was broken so our phone service was always going out( THANK GOD FOR CELL PHONES), the system would not arm as it said we had multiple doors open when they were closed and locked. I ordered a free trial of this pill Resveratrol, just pay shipping and handling 5.95 on 4/7/09. I recieved the pills a week later about 4/14/09. I then started taking pill, it said 2 daily. I noticed on 4/27/09 $65.00 charge was taken out of my account. I was very upset with 360grants.com. I was supposedly going to get a grant kit to see if I could get some grant money that was out there for anyone to calim. They charged me 1.95 and then when I looked at my online banking I was also charged 38.21 and to international transfer fees. I thought what the hell is this? I Q Data International has been trying to collect for a months rent and esrly termination fee for an apartment that I left on May 31st of 2008. I have been conversing with them and advising them of my finacial situation and they have told me that they will work with me and not send me to collections and last week I got a copy of my credit report and I found that it was on there after they told they would wait until I could pay. I'm disabled and have been waiting for a hearing to decide the limitations of my disabilities.

Last October the nhKrystalresort and I agreed to transfer my timeshare in Florida for their timeshare in Cancun. I returned to the resort within the 5 days and wrote a note stating that I was not in the market to purchase, but I would transfer at no cost to me.
I got billed through Bank of America for just under $18, 000 and never was sent the $19, 800 from nhKrystal for my timeshare. This company is extremely unethical. Does not pay suppliers.
We know of several cases that they pay unlicensed people to bring them buyers for their condos. Be careful when approaching them. The owner seems to be very well spoken but he is a scam artist. Will not sign contract with suppliers and will make them work for free on the promise that in the future he will pay them. After they have done the work they find all sorts of excuses not to pay.

Do you guys noticed that everytime emillionaire charges your card there is an international fee that comes with it? Get your bills and examine it. I think this company is not US based..Their call center is in the Philippines. Maybe the guy or the person(s) that started this so called emillionaire.com shindig is from there. In November 2008, my home mortgage was purchased by MGC Mortgage from Citi Residential. I was never notified of this purchase. My only alert was when I conducted my monthly review of transactions in December 2009 and the auto payment was not done.I attempted to contact MGC by e-mail but would only receive confirmation of e-mail stating that I was not to contact them by e-mail. The sign by the FM 1960 roadside advertised $2.75 Crawfish, which led me to chose to dine there with my daughter due to the discounted price, yet at the time of the payment, I was charged $3.99 per pound. I addressed the issue with management, and was told by the manager that he would pay me the difference in cash. The manager returned saying "the owner will not let me refund the diference because everyone who eats here knows that our advertised special is only good on Tuesdays."

Don't go to this spa!!! This is the worst spa I have ever been to. To begin with, I had to stand outside waiting for one someone to let me in. I arrived at my appointment time only to find the door locked. When I started to leave after about 20 minutes someone finally showed up. The woman pulled up in a BMW and parked in the handy caped space! She didn't have a handy caped plate.

I have paid hundreds of dollars to be able to talk with my son who is incarcerated. I was told I had a credit line of $56.00 then the calls got cut off, so I started prepaying. My phone now has a block, which I am told by att&t that they do not know that much about this company but I beliv e they bill att& t in addition to collectiong large amounts of money, double billing, I call this theft and a scam. Price to download the software $79.95. Claims you will be able to watch 6, 000 TV channels. program works but TV stations will not load. A pop-up states there is a broken link or a voice pop-up say's "can't find the link."
