I hate companies that do this!!! I NEVER agreed to monthly shipments, and I can't find a number to call to cancel these. I returned a shipment about a month ago. That charge has not been credited, and now there is yet another charge and I didn't even receive anything this time!! How do companies get away with this!! We had a memorial service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens May 2, 2009 at 3:00 PM, The main floral arrangement intended to be placed by my fathers urn was delivered to the facility around 1:00. These people called and sold to my wife a plan (they tell you it is not insurance) that sounds very good over the phone. Well, after figuring out how much her medicine costs per month with their "plan" we saved a whopping $1.50 a month. This savings cost us 129.95 a month. Paid $1500 for my Select Compfort four years ago - first pump went out within a year. They replaced at no charge. Second pump went out six months ago - $200 to replace. Digital readout went out a couple weeks ago - included with the new pump and not available unless you purchase a new pump (wireless.) Mattress sags in the middle (dual chamber.) Why purchase an expensive mattress that you will have to start purchasing replacing parts within the first five years of the so called 20 year warranty?
