A few months ago I ordered this item from CustomerStatus (cost $64.85). The item was immediately put on back order. One month ago, I received a letter asking if I wanted to continue waiting. I replied that I did want to continue waiting. Last week my account was debited again and the following day the amount was credited back to my account so that nothing shows on my statement. We brought our Subaru Legacy in for multiple repairs ONLY for the AC not working, which was never fixed, but just got charged for no reason for changing an O-Ring + initial service charge each time, it costs 500.00 for every time. I purchased a Bissell vacuum and within 3 weeks the cord showed signs of wear. After contacting Bissell they instructed me to take it to a local repair shop for inpsection. The repair shop informed me that it was a vacuum purchased from a "big box store and junk, what did I expect." This company offered a free trial, then before the trial was up they debted my account for $83.15, when I called I was told my trial was over two days before my trial date was in effect. The company refused to give my funds back, scam, I havent even tried the product, trial offer expired 4 days after I recieved the product. This is not ok. I aked for a free gov. grant pkg. which I paid shipping and handling. When I recieved it I didn't use it, . In March I was charged 39.95. I guess for the disk they sent. I than went on line and asked for a cancellation because they did not say I had to pay any additional fees. I was charged again in April and now again in May. Found out material they are selling can be found for free elswhere. When I told them I wanted a refund they said to send material back and 7 or so days later they would refund the money. That was over a month ago. I have heard all different manner of excuses but no supervisor is ever available and never do they return messages. Constant calls from 1-800-818-1582, 5 in one hour. called back talked to Michael, who was abrasive and demanded my name, but finally admiited that he could look up the phone number he was calling. Then gave me a name and address that I could not verify with the phone Company. It appears that they are blind dialing cell phones via computer dialers, Michael verified the use of dialers.
