The mans name is John Roberts that operates this so called investigative service is not a professional at all. I made the made the mistake of paying him up front to locate a tenant that skipped out on paying rent. I called the "investigator" 3 days after paying him and he did not know who I was and had not did anything regarding finding the tenant. I asked for my money back and gave him the address. He never mailed the money, He agreed to meet me at his office and he never showed up to pay.
