We bought a Panasonic Tv 19th June 2008, the TV was sold with a 5 year warranty. We completed the warranty form and sent it of to Panasonic, we received a reminder a coouple of weeks ago to tell us that or 12 month warranty had expired, after speaking with Panasonic we were told that had we not had a reply in 40 days we should have contacted them, unbeknowns to us we should have read the small print. My son was given a Walmart/Ge Moneybank Prepaid Visa card as a gift. When he tried to use the card he was told he had to have the orignal cash register receipt, which he doesn't have because it was a gift. Unable to cancel service after term. Called customer service number 1888-247-4080 and after about a 10 minute hold, spoke to a representative and told him I wished to cancel my alarm monitoring.
