Avoid this company. They are dishonest. They are impossible to contact. They lie repeatedly. False charges are tacked on for changed reservations. They claimed the money charged went to the airline. This went on for a year, even after the airline people wrote and I supplied One Travel with the info. The credit card company got them to refund a portion, but One Travel Cheapseats kept the bulk of the remaining charges, over a thousand dollars - all completely unfounded. WYFF TV, the local TV affiliate has enacted a program intrusion during the Today Show where it blocks approaximately 15% of the lower screen with a ruinning banner, half of which is blank. The station has refused to return calls or respond to this obnoxiopus practice and I feel that my TV viewing by a public staion has been severely compromised.
