This company is strong arming residents with ridiculous late fees. When a person sent a payment on the 1th the payment is not recorded until after the 15th, and also charge interest on a person associate fee. I never heard of that, instead of a property management company they act as if they are a Credit card company or title loan business. This company is abusing the property owner. Now they have changed their name and web site. I ordered a free sample of the product on a Very Simple web sight I had linked to that did NOT have ANY terms and conditions. I ordered complete seasons of Scarecrow and Mrs. king and Hart to Hart tv series. Dvds were poorly copied and edited. I spent approx. $5, 000 in Dec 2005 - Jan 2006 to have my pool re-plastered and re-tiled. Since last summer, the grout around my tile is falling out in chunks and is all cracked. I was solicited by 2 young men who were going door to door selling magazines to earn points for some kind of contest. I agreed to donate a magazine to our overseas troops (ESPN Magazine $81 total cost). This was on 2/21/2009. The credit card company changed a promotional 3.99%APR that was supposed to be for the life of the balance to 14.24% because my payment arrived 2 days late. Company is saying I owe state farm money, state farm never approached me at all, no calls, no mail, no email. They call weekly and threaten me if I don't pay X% of the bill. They threaten they'll prosecute me and get my driving priviledges taken away. They won't send itemized statement. They won't respond to the validation letter. This organization has had lots of complaints on many levels. Recently a mother was told she couldn't nurse in a particular area of the Bounce Around. A few days later, a group of mothers were also they told that they couldn't nurse in the same area.
