Bargain Outfitters sold us defective outdoor chairs that collapsed after a brief time in the elements. They were advertised as all-weather wicker over rattan frames, but in fact the frames were wood and rotted out very quickly. They tell you that you have 3-business days to cancel your account, and then they turn around and start the 29.95 charges on the second day. This company has several wrongful practices when towing vehicles. After their already inflated towing fee, they tack on and extra $50 for labor, $60 for a "gate fee" (after only an hour of holding), and another $50 for a "storage fee". On March 3 2008 a check 1, 682.02 was sent and cashed for two Safety Cabinets which never arrived.Spoke on the phone with Doug Furnish 5 to 6 times, he assured me the cabinets were in the mail. While we were staying at this very strange Hotel. our room was gone through by the general manager and things were taken and broken. He said he had the right to go through it because we had our 12 year old sleep in the room too. After all this we called the police about the missing items and filed a report. I have a GE washer that is not even a year old. We called for service on the warranty and waited 10 days for someone to come out just to tell us we needed three new parts and it would be another ten days before the parts would be in. A repairman came out once the parts got here to tell us one more time that now the machine needed a motor. Again seven more days for the part and 3 days for an appt. Purchased approximately $2000 King size bed from Select Comfort in January of 2009. Cannot get mattress to stay properly inflated and bed shows depressions caused by the body on either side. Cannot get the hard center line out of the mattress. Have installed lifts under the air chambers to no avail. Numerous complaints to Customer Service and have elevated to managers(at least that is what I have been told) with no resolution for the problem.
