I ordered strawberry, bananna pancake and ham. the pancake were dry and the ham was not cooked. we requested the manager (Bob ) night shift.. first of all a manager is the highest position that night. If a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to listen, instead he came over with an chip on his shoulder . in all my experience, i have never met a manager that did not or would not listen to his customers. I hardly know where to start...The MTA has got to be one of the worst companies in the history of...history. Cutting service, raising prices, lowering standards, and lowering maintenance of buses. But moving past the company's general issues, let's take a brief look at the Bus system. First of, buses are (on average) 10-20 minutes late. I worked for 2 months for this contractor (Mark Biggs) with the agreement that I would turn in my invoices for work preformed, and be paid within 30 days. First problem: Hold time for customer service (yeah right) rep... 6/14- 45 minutes, then darn they closed 6/15: currently 20 minutes with no end in sight Main complaint: Made payment, hrsa received on the day they generated my statement, they applied to previous month bill, so I get a bill for a late payment and late fee...and oh yeah, which will negatively affect my credit report showing as a late payment. After attempting to pay a $75 traffic ticket on line without success, I then turned to the pay by phone system (though the city) and was met with a recording indicating the system would be down for three weeks. I just found out that we are locked into a 3 year contract with these people, which of course is not what the original sales rep told us, but yes sadly there it is in the fine print of a 5 page agreement that we were given after we signed that we agreed to their "terms". This company contacted me on Feb. 2009 and told me that they had a contract with my lender and that they can get my house payments lowered by working with my lender by doing a loan modification. We purchased a Sealy Posturpedic California King mattress set from Wickes furniture, the top of the line from them with a payment program. We bought this in June of 2007 and the bed has a large dip on one side of the bed in less than a years time. My husband was hired and sent to Murray KY for orientation. When orientation ended, they did not have any trucks available to put him or numerous other drivers in. They put them up in hotel rooms, then have them check out half a dozen times. Leave them sitting, without work they can't make money to eat and live off of while waiting for them to get it together.
