This is by far the worst store for customer service. I have been in there a few times since I had to find clothing for my dog (4 pounds) when she went outside in the cold weather and no other place seemed to have small enough clothing. In October of 2005 after Katrina, I bought a Kenmore Pro Elite Refrigerator, and I did not buy a warrenty due to the fact that I expected Sears to stand up to its good name and do the right thing. I ordered 2 chili dogs which were advertised as 2/$3.00 on a window sign as you enter the building. I also ordered a meal for my spouse. When I got my reciept I saw I was charged $3.98 for the 2 chili dogs with a 10% discount . that still made them $3.58. Waste of money I fell for it. It is not worth it at all, the prices they give you for the items is to high. The way it works is that they have all the products and they give u a price they will sell it to you for but in order to make money you have to raise that price and sell it to other people, and the prices they charge you is about the going rate or higher, so this is techically a waste of money.
