The salesperson & the customer service person for company does not even know there products they are selling. We ordered columns and capitals and the salesperson did not know to subtract the height of the capital from the height of the column shaft to give the overall height we needed. When we attempted to get the issue resolved with them they were again trying to rip me off wanting to charge me twice as much for new columns. And here is the kicker the new quote was still wrong with the overall height. I am considering hiring a lawyer! Anyone getting ready to purchase columns BEWARE!!! read full review »

Their website(s) is COMPLETE BULLSHIT but they are holding us responsible for payment!!! These people are CON-ARTISTS and use many web addresses to confuse the consumer and along with slick disclaimer terminology, try their best to hold the consumer responsible to pay for "Example" services (the facade) that they advertise as "Actual" services. The reality is that you get NOTHING that you paid for.

I been started to get charges. I not sure if pursurly my fault. I sign up for Google TrusureChest. Now I been mondering my account.; 'Cause I been being charge all short of things off the internet.Now this; Ibeing charge two times $38.00 and some change this month. I'm really unhappy about. It starting to making me worry and upset. Waiting tell my phone has more minutes so I can get things staighting out with my bank and hopful I can get a new card. Allstate Imaging is a SCAM Company. I do not understand how a company, with that many complaints and even fines from the FTC is not being SHUT DOWN. It is clear that they run a scam, offering you trial offer toner cartridges, at 3 TIMES THE PRICE OF RETAIL (check prices at Office Depot & Best Buy i.e.), telling you that you get ONE FOR FREE, and two in the offer, which, if you like the free one (supposedly lasting twice as long as normal toner - WHICH IS A LIE ALSO) you have to pay for the other TWO at $287.95/pc (mind you, you find them... read full review »

This John Castellano character is in volved in every MLM scam in fl. His last victims were the shop to earn people. his site kept getting shut down. Since he got booted from that bus, he wanted to bring it down by recruiting people to another pyramid scheme he's working on. I ordered the Edge Elite Acai Berry product from this company under the trial period and never received my product. I looked at my bank account and I could see where Nutralane had charged me for the shipping of the product the day after I had ordered it. They charged me $3.79 for shipping. I thought nothing of it. But then one month later after not receiving the product they charged me $79.00 bucks for the product and I hadn't received it yet. Received 6 fraudulent charges on my credit card for Skyberry- also received a phone message regarding my "order" which I never ordered. When I called the company, apparently based out of Cyprus with American operators, Paige the operator suggested I get transferred to customer service. This is when the person monitoring our conversation disconnected our phone conversation. When I called back, she was unavailable. I tried to get the state or address of the "company" but again was given the run around.

I first went to John Casablanca when they called (don't know how they got my name) to say they were doing audtions for tv and film and also paid modeling jobs. They then asked me to work as their receptionist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! My ordeal has been going on since Dec. 2, 2008 over the ECU module for a 1990 Mazda. The module was supposedly "repaired" 3 times. Since then I have called numerous times and spoken with "Ben" and "Mike" who told me they would send me the paperwork for a refund minus $89.99 diagnostic fee. (I'm due a refund of $210.00). I bought this LG One Door Fridge one year agao.
Last night I clean the fridge as in the freezer there are so many Ice that I couldn't keep things inside.
Since the ice is so thick that I use a knife to take it out. Suddenly while I was cleaning there come out some vapour with a little noise. After that my fridge is not cooling down.
I read in the internet that there is a gas in the Fridge that is keeping it cool and heard that it cost most than it worth. Can it still be fix?

On 4/25/09 I ordered (4) LCR Dice games from this company. They charged my credit card on 4/26/09. On 5/6/09 they said they shipped the item via a shipper (www.endicia.com). On 5/28/09 I left a message on their answering machine and send them an email asking where is my order? They responded that they would ship within a week. I waited two weeks and emailed them with no response. I feel they are in the throws of going belly up and wouldn't recommend making any purchases from this company. read full review »

We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it. Needless to say the moped has been rode 4 times and 2 of the times was when we drove it home from the dealer. The problems we currently have is the moped stalls and the engine shuts off when riding it. It did it when we drove it down the road and at all stop signs. I had Lunch today in Wafi Gourmet and ordered one of their displayed ready meals. When they brought it over to my surprise it was soup plate with 4 pieces of stuffed zucchini and grape leaves with just barely enough sauce. I figured OK light meal for lunch. Then when it came time to pay, the bill was amazingly 58 AED for the meal and 27 for Juice + service which was not so great totalling 93 AED. so i personally went to the national consumers complaint centre (website - www.nccc.org.my) on friday, 12 June.
i advise anyone going through a similar case to visit them. They are very knowledgeable and get PLENTY of complaints regarding fitness centres on a WEEKLY basis.
bring copies of the proper documentation i.e. letters, Terms & agreement; and list down a detailed sequence of your side of the story. this will help them to smoothen the process.

Im with a girl who has had CPS in her life for a while and had a son, Kevin Daniels, in CPS care. I met her and we got together April 10, 2008. She had told me of her situation and I had helped get her child back. In the meantime, we had another child together named Hannah Rose Daniels, born 12/12/08. I went for an interview, after seeing a few other Meisner acting classes. this guy was abusive and crazy in the class I audited. He said he is the only one authorized to teach Meisner but after doing some research I found this is not to be true. Another teacher lying about their credentials. Plus he's never acted. Went to class then stayed in the class. I checked him out at the Neighborhood Playhouse. Run and run fast. So many better teachers. He doesn't even have any noted graduates. read full review »

Here is the scenerio ---
tried their product during the 21 day free trial. It burnt my gums soo bad, that I couldnt eat at all for a week. Had to choose liquids for my diet. I called them within the first week to cancel, and I was assured that it was taken care off. But, on the 21st day a charge appeared on my account. So, I emailed them promptly and asked them to do the needful (the correct thing! -- remove the charge). So like the rest of you they suckered me in as well. So smooth, it took me awhile to realize what I had done. After a few hours of clearing the fog out of my head, I called my credit card company and cancelled the charge AND the card. THen I kindly replied to the contract that I was to reply to in 24 hours that I had changed my mind and definatly was not interested. Of course then I started getting phone calls.
