I received my free sample in the mail while on vacation. During that time I was called 3 times by these people and each time I told them I did not want anything but the free sample. When I got home and checked my bank account I saw a pending charge of $87.13. I immediately called the 1-800 number and it would a circle around the menue, never connecting to costomer service. At first glance the place looks awesome, and new, but don't let the look fool you. When me and my roommate moved in we were excited to move into a place that was new and had never been rented to anyone. We have had plenty of run-ins with the management. I bought Hero Honda Hunk special edition 3 months back. On very first day of driving itself, I found that rear wheel had some alignment Issue. Beware of this company and its software. They give you a sweet sales pitch saying that the trading software find plenty of trades and it will only take you about 20mins 2 times per week to make trades. The software does find plenty of trades however they hardly ever match with the bets on the bookies websites. The software is slow to pick up the changes on bookies sites. You can easily waste 3 hours looking for bets to verify. The sales pitch is nothing like what the system actually does. I purchased a 50" Magnavox plasma TV and extended warrenty and the tv is blinking red lights and will not come on. I have contacted Magnavox because that is where the information packet for the warrenty is from. I have called them and they cannot find the extended warrenty anywhere in their system.
