I loved this set as it was a compromise with the hubby for the leather set I really want. I ordered the furniture and it came in when promised and we got it home all was okay. We sat on the love seat and it was perfect, when we sat on the couch it was a bit different in height but thought nothing of it. The next day it was worse, having your knees come up to your chest. Called, they came out and they put extra fabric weaved through the springs and that did not help. Unauthorized charges. They lead one to believe for 1.97 you'll get a disk that will help you make money on Google by ...Anyway, they then charge your acct $72.21. I called them up to cancel the 1.97 and they said ok and then charged me 72.21. I called the number on my Visa bill and spoke with "John" who said the charge would be reversed in 10 days. I have been unemployed since 3/27/09 and even though my rent payment of $606.52 have gone into arrears, I still pay $150 towards my balance through unemployment benefits. My wife ordered Wu-Wi tea only once and then cancelled because it didnt work. We thought that would be it but instead was charged for membership to Wu Wi Tea and Comprehensive Weight loss. I took my car in to have the transmission looked at, and also for them to fix my air conditioner since it was only blowing hot. I asked them if I could have a loaner car, but they refused to give me one and even denied the fact that they ever loan out cars. I know for a fact that they do provide loaner cars, but I guess that just don't trust a 20 year-old who needs a car to get to class and work. As a result of this they will NEVER receive another dime from me. I called the number and it was disconnected - I finally got a phone number from Company Store for WFNNB. I have 2 cancellation confirmations from 3-17-09 and 3-20-09 and yet you continue to charge me each month. This month was 48.16. I agreed to pay, what they stated on the website was a one-time fee of $1.95. They began charging me $58.61 a month. Nowhere did i read that I had 7days to cancel the account, where afterwards they would charge my credit card. I cancelled my account with them, but they billed me for 4 months, each month changing their company name on my credit card. I contacted them via phone and they would not transfer me to a supervisor and then began to verbally insult me. In early 2007 I purchased a Tracfone and paid an extra $139.95 for a card that provided 800 minutes of airtime for one year plus double minutes for the life of the phone.
