Gave up dealing with this non-responsive company/owner. Complaints to BBB, and Florida Department of Consumer Services. Took case to Volusia County Small Claims Court and received a judgment in our favor in May. Fortunately I have excellent records to support every issue we had. My husband bought me a puppy from this store and in addition to the sales staff lying about what came with the puppy (GPS tracking chip) the puppy I got was sick. Our tenants had a kitchen fire. Our insurance covered replacing a few cupboards and countertops but they wouldn't replace two additional countertops so that all would be matching because they couldn't get new ones that would match the old ones. I have had a car loan with Crescent bank since 1/08 This month for the first time I was unable to make my payment I have received several threatening calls form this bank. When asked for my 10 pay out I was told they could not give me this information, When I did get the pay out after much arguing the pay out amount is more then what is listed on my credit report by over $1, 000 and $2, 500 more then according to what my math shows it would be. On June 16th the account was activated, they say it takes 24 hours to process. I called on June 17th before the 24hours and canceled the servies for PULSE MONTH and VALUE PLUS. They claimed to have found my dog in the highway, instead of checking with the houses near where they found this dog they took the dog home with them. The movie theater at San Jacinto mall is the worst theater I have ever been to. They charge 8 dollars per person during night-time for a small dirty theater and horrible service. This theater is so horrible that one time the worker stuck in the wrong movie and the 5 people in the theater including I had to watch the previews again. Also the theater usually has fights all the time right outside the foodcourt. What the hell kind of Mall do we have in Baytown. It actually shames me how bad this theater is not to mention the mall. We were approached and offered a web site to be designed for a fee and a verbal agreement was reached that a once off fee is payable and all updates etc after wont be charged. We probably had two updates and then they said they quoted us for X and not for what we want and would need to be charged for. I purchased a new 883 Low Rider in February 2006. I subsequently had 3 services done by Clearwater Harley Davidson in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have discovered that during this time my battery was swopped with an older battery. The battery is dated July 2002 and has the marking 'Vic' scratched onto the face of the battery. I doubt this would have been delivered by Harley Davidson Europe to South Africa with an old battery, so I beleive that while my bike has been serviced on these occasions that the battery must have been swopped with an older one. I've signed up for a CWNA class at the www.techskills.com campus in San Jose, California. The tution was quoted with the textbook provided by the school. When I started the class, an outdated paper text was LOANED to me and the instructor gave me an even older pdf version that he downloaded from the Internet.
