I followed all instructions but did not send for the rebate - BECAUSE - the product sucks! DO NOT BUY IT. I canceled all items I was signed up for because I read each and every line on ALL correspondence! You need to follow each step quite literally and I saved each and every piece of paper, email and made notes during phone conversations. I was still billed for 2.99 and an additional 29.99 after they did not cancel the Wellness subscription. I was able to call and get my money refunded.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have your agreement merely by clicking that you'll try their products.
