I had Lunch today in Wafi Gourmet and ordered one of their displayed ready meals. When they brought it over to my surprise it was soup plate with 4 pieces of stuffed zucchini and grape leaves with just barely enough sauce. I figured OK light meal for lunch. I went for an interview, after seeing a few other Meisner acting classes. this guy was abusive and crazy in the class I audited. He said he is the only one authorized to teach Meisner but after doing some research I found this is not to be true. Another teacher lying about their credentials. Plus he's never acted. I tried to download Macromedia Flash program and an accessory to make it run faster but I could not get it to work on my computer. After several attempts, I asked someone that knows more about computers than I do and I was told that my computer does not have enough mega bites. I ordered strawberry, bananna pancake and ham. the pancake were dry and the ham was not cooked. we requested the manager (Bob ) night shift.. first of all a manager is the highest position that night. If a customer has a complaint the manager is suppose to listen, instead he came over with an chip on his shoulder . in all my experience, i have never met a manager that did not or would not listen to his customers. I hardly know where to start...The MTA has got to be one of the worst companies in the history of...history. Cutting service, raising prices, lowering standards, and lowering maintenance of buses. I just found out that we are locked into a 3 year contract with these people, which of course is not what the original sales rep told us, but yes sadly there it is in the fine print of a 5 page agreement that we were given after we signed that we agreed to their "terms".
