I leased/purchases a couch from TRS/Cardi’s Furniture IN May of ’08. I was offered a 90-day same as cash option. The Couch to purchase at that time with tax was about 1900.00. I paid about 1580.00 before the 90 same as cash option was up. That left me owing about 480.00/ with finance charge additional. I then made 5 payments from August to December. Was told they would save us money by switching to them over Qwest but the were 20 to 30% higher when we switched back the held hostage our 800 number until we pay current bill which we paid and the 2 weeks later another bill came in with credit that were applied on the 1 bill now added back to the last bill, when I called to ask about this there service person was very rude and accuse me of lying about my Qwest bill, they made promises that were not true and when you bring it to them you are the one that is wrong. these are dishonest people and you need to stay away from them it cost me a lot of money to learn this. read full review »

i received a phone call from etour and travel. i didnt want to be mean and hang up on their face after i told them that i didnt have the 490$.(which i regret i did not do), so i decided to use the credit card that was full so that i could show them that i really do not have the means to pay for their package. Unfortunately, the purchase went through, and now i have 500$ more on my credit card which i never thought would have been possible. i looked at their papers, and i realised that you have to be 23 to use the package, I am 22. I was hurt and had to take off work for almost 2 years off and on and cigna insurance has not paid me a dime while I was off. They were still taking payment for short long term disability insurance out of my check and the job was sending 0.00 checks. PSEG NJ customer service is nonexistant, if you have a problem with their internet which is all the time and call you will wait anywhere from 5 min to 35 mins only to be told i'll transfer you to a different dept and wait another 5 or 35 mins. or you get hung-up on altogether. the internet doesn't work either, i have multiple accounts and have to register for each one with different pw and longin info this is rediculous. read full review »

Mr. Jeffery Caccasco of JCSI Certifed Roofing took a check for $15, 000.00 from us for roofing materials. He could not buy the roofing materials because his account was suspended by the roofing accounting department. Mr. Carrasco took the money anyway and NEVER delivered the roofing materials. He has not returned any of our money and continues to have liens and judgement on him and his company for not paying his bills or delivering his terms of a contract. He has changed his company name, moved around and put things in others names to avoid his customers and vendors. Robert Miller is an unethical attorney. This attorney post fake testimonials on his website and other web sites. There are a number of complaints with the BBB and the CA Bar against him. He is a liar and not to be trusted. Our family is now dealing with the aftermath of his lack of legal expertise. He is ill prepared and often does not show up at hearings and trials.
