Leap Wireless International
Ian July 16, 2009
I got a Cricket phone and a USB modem for their wireless Internet service on January 21, 2009. I sent in all the rebate information as required within a week. First of all, after two or three months they said that the submission was not postmarked after the last acceptable date. So I called them up and they checked into this and said that I did meet those requirements, so please fax them the receipt again. I did that in May, but there was no response from them. So I called them at the beginning of June and said to please fax it again. So I... read full review »

Chic Highlight Salon
Kony July 16, 2009
I walked in for a keratin treatment (also known as Brazilian straightening) The sign said 50% off but the owner started telling me that there were different levels and it can go as high as $600. He kept talking in circles, I should have left but I just wanted it done. Needless to say, after waiting 4 days to wash my hair, as instructed, it was frizzy and not straight. I have had this process done before at other salons and I know this is not how it should have looked. When I went in to show him, first his brother told... read full review »

Mayflower/United Movers
Jack July 16, 2009
We used them for our last move. The lies started with their salesman that came to our home. And the lies did not stop there. DO NOT SIGN anything with these people before checking out all the fine print and asking what their terminology means. What is (to you) just an estimated quote - to them becomes a binding contract. And if the sales person tells you you are only responsible for the weight section unless they pack you---this is NOT TRUE. They have lied to us through the whole process. They are very hard to get to return calls once they have delivered your furniture. Please warn everyone you know who is getting estimates for moving. read full review »

This company called me a couple days ago and asked me to confirm my address. they said I won a 10 Usd certificate I told them I wasn’t interested but hey kept ringing my house almost every day, couple days after i received a letter that supposedly entitled me to a membership . I didn’t have any idea about what the membership was or what it includes, I checked my Credit Card statements and bank account and i saw two charges under Safe Card each one of them for 50 Usd . Good Evening, I have been trying to get my refund from tiger direct for over 2 weeks now and my efforts have failed. I received my product poorly packaged and damaged. I called Tiger direct and they sent me a UPS tag to return the item. My ups confirmation logs that the item was received June 12th at 4:08 am. I have called tiger direct several times to check the status of my refund. First I was told that I would receive a check. I called back a week later and said that the check was voided, and that I would be receiving my refund via PayPal... read full review »

Tiella Interior Designs
Orlando July 16, 2009
Janis Rand (operating as Tiella Interior Designs or Bella Interior Designs) was hired as a decorator and general contractor for a remodel project on our house. To convince us to use her services she made all sorts of verbal promises regarding the quality of work, supervision of subcontractors, length of time she'd worked with her subcontractors, etc. We found out later that only one of the subcontractors had worked with her for any length of time. After the experience we had we certainly understand why that is the case. The way she... read full review »

Invicta Watch Group
West July 16, 2009
Invicta does a massive amount of business on ShopNBC. I am a new comer to the watch scene and purchased two Invicta watches during the television shows. After less than three months wear on both watches, one fails to keep time and looses hours a day, while the other one is defective due to a very large piece of glue or adhesive that has broken off the watch dial. Each watch costs $25 to send in for warranty. So the total would be $50 for both watches...which basically adds up to almost the price of another watch. Two watches should... read full review »

Dare I say " used to be"? Used to be one could buy good quality tires at a resonable price at CTC. Now the good old BFG manufactured AW series tire is imported from China. Our recently purchased CTC SE tires, made in Chile would you believe, have gone out of round. Yes..all four in varying degrees, the best being 1/4", the worst being 1/2". They balance well but the car "hops" at 90 KMH. Destroyed a wheel bearing. The great staff at CTC can do nothing..warranty is well written and useless. Sorry guys...the local... read full review »

I am an officer in the US Army currently deployed to Afghanistan. At the moment, my wife is forced to deal with this situation without my assistance and little cooperation from Royal/David Maus Volkswagen. They have been terrible to deal with. I have contacted management directly via email in the past with no reply. Elizabeth Dabalos July 16, 2009
These two companies work together to charge services you did not order. You play a game then they ask for your cell number to send you your score. The NEXT screen lets you know that you have subscribed to some unwanted service originally "Ringtones/Alerts/Graphics" according to my AT&T bill. If you only mark the hidden “cancel” box that in order to be seen you must scroll down to the bottom of the page, Mqube will still try to charge you $9.99 for that month. Dear Sir or Madam: As a loyal HP customer, I bought a HP lab-top [Dvd pavilion 6000] about two years ago thinking I was set for a good 3 or 4 years, and boy was I so wrong. The nice looking HP worked great for two years until it suddenly died on 7/12/09, with no previous symptoms/indicators, it will no longer boot up, it powers up, lights turn on, but the screen stays black. Having in mind the serious reputation of Tissot I decided to buy a mechanical pocket watch from Tissot's authorized dealer in Bulgaria- Julliany. I have just had 2 lots of charges of £74.87 come out of my bank from this company even though I canceled on the 15th day!! I phoned the customer service phone number and she wasn't very helpful after I told her a number of times that I didn't want to pay for their crappy pills that don't work!! She game me the email of head office ([email protected]) which is the same email that I contacted to cancel my account with them, so I will see if they actually give me the money back that they shouldn't have taken (which caused me to go overdrawn!!) My business entered into a loan with this Bank 2 years ago and have received the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I have made inquiries regrading our account and have either not received a response, not received a timely response or in some cases have received false information. Responses also lacked any personal touch (emails sent with no salutation or reference to me by my last name only) and were very unprofessional. I am sick and tired of the constant increases in our tel/cable/internet bill from Shaw. We just had another increase in May 2009, and the current bill I received in July indicates another increase of $5 with the usual notation "Shaw is committed to improve our quality and service". Little do people realize that 14 days AFTER the company RECEIVES your order they charge your credit card an additional $54.95.
