After a long search for the car of my dreams, Empire Auto popped up with a killer deal. I called ahead and printed out my dream car. Upon arrival the atmosphere was sketchy...I triple checked my locks. Attempting to find a sales person was grueling and they couldn't locate the vehicle! I had bought a glass top dinette table from them back in July of 2008 and the chairs have been falling apart every since the screws come out the bottom. Beware of Signature Vacations selling holidays and then making changes to the package with no form of compensation or recourse! We were notified of a flight change a week before travel. Flight times changed from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm! coming back, arrival went from 3:30 pm to 2 am the next day! I answered my phone today and listened to a recording from "my" bank. The prerecorded message said it was calling from my bank (Sovereign) and that it needed to re-verify my personal information because they lost my info. I was supposed to enter in my social security number (!!!), my birth date, and say my mother's maiden name after the beep. Failed my smog test to get me to pay them to "search for the problem". He was going to make me pay for 2 smog tests and several attempts to fix my car so it would smog. Last year He charged me 700.00 to fix a heating problem but never did. Now he got $55.95 for a rigged smog test. I saw him type unvalid statements on my printout. I purchased a bag at kennethcole.com on Feb 1, and returned it back through USPS on Feb 12 because of the wrong size. After 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service if my returning is in right process as I haven't received any feedback. They answered they can not assist me and refund the amount I paid for that bag just because my returning is not a traceable method. The ER at Norman Regional is terrible! I have known of two cases where the people were sent home with a clean bill of health, and died that night... well, it would be three, because one was a nine month pregnant woman and her baby! I have been to this ER, and hated it. They don't want to deal with anyone on Medicaid, and, often, refuse to run tests to find where the problem lies.
