This place is close to my apartment building so I thought I would give them a try. It was a BIG MISTAKE! Before leaving my Gucci dress for dry cleaning I talked to their representative and asked if there is something can be wrong in cleaning this 100% cotton dress. July 15 2009 I didn't authorize or speak to any one from this company. Two 72.21 unauthorized credit card charges. When discovery the charges on my statement call the number supplied and received an automated phone system. Then went to the Internet and noticed others being charged and scammed for the same amounts. Report card number stolen and file a claim for reimbursement. I too fell for their talented way of getting money. They have not done as promised. Like Melody, my husband and I had a timeshare to sell and they hit us at the right time. After talking with Mindy and James White we signed all the papers for the intent to sell and sent them back on 7/10/2009. They Promised to FED EX the sale papers for delivery on Monday 7/13/2009. Never received FED EX. Still no response. Have called numerous times and never got a call back. Am now contacting the police departments on this. I currently own a Pentax K20D and I am very disappointed with my dealings with Pentax representatives. Either the lack of responses, the indifference, or the rudeness in the replies I had received greatly concerns me. Bay window $3, 700.00 placement by subcontractor/con artist, poor workmenship, 7 months of complainting, salesman lied to get the sale stating that the window would be "sound proof", many home depo personel came to the house and stated nothing was wrong. In November, 2008, 'A Preferred Paving' provided service for me and I paid them a week later. (I have the canceled check.) In January, 2009 they wrongfully filed a baseless Mechanics Lien against my property for nonpayment of this bill. I have been a customer since 2002, and have had some issues over the years (about 1 a year billing, dsl speed) that have mostly been resolved i.e. lower than paid for DSL broadband that went on for months. Jan 29th of 2009 I was no longer able to upload to my web site, could open and get to TDS servers but no folders existed to upload too. Last year Discover changed our int rate from 15.24 to 17.99% for no reason. We always pay on time, more than the minimum amount and used the card frequently, as it was our favorite. Then, this year, they switched us from a fixed to a variable rate and even after we cancelled the card, (before the deadline) to keep our fixed rate, they are still charging a variable rate plus the prime rate. First having ordered an item, I was grilled extensively, having to fax personal details to their head office, as was their policy for first time buyers, several times due to their ambiguous instructions, even calling to confirm the legitimacy of their presence. Marilyn from this store was very pushy and gave me a pathetic highlight job. I should have known better to not let her give me highlights when she suggested I only needed crown highlights after I kept repeating I wanted all-over highlights. We had nothing but problems with this company's products and support. The router just does not work well with the Verizon modem I have. I tried a replacement router and had the same problems. Same complaint with Intex!! I wish I'd read this site before purchasing ANOTHER Intex pump, guess I'll have the same problem next summer. DONT BUY INTEX PRODUCTS. This 2.00 plastic part (impeller)is not replaceable because they choose NOT to give you that option so that you are forced to buy another pump. Word of advice. I have been trying for three months to asc to send me the form for the mortgage modification, they keep telling me I will have it within 5 days, but it never shows up. Monday July 15th I called them again they said they would email it to me and I would have the forms within 48 hours, 72 hours later still no forms. I purchased a pair of golf shoes from the Myrtle Beach Golf Shop. When I got home to Canada I discovered that they had given me two left shoes, a size 9W and a size 10W. I contacted Nike and the store. When I contacted the store they told me that they had no more shoes of that type and had no right shoes. When I suggested that the problem was theirs to solve they wanted me to send back the shoes and they would credit my Visa. The cost of sending the shoes from Canada to the USA makes this a silly answer. The cost of the shoes, due to a store clearance sale, was only $32.39 USD. I was online looking at payday advances. The website for maximum platinum popped up and i closed out of it. I was then shocked when 79.95 was taken out of my checking account without my authorization. I did not have the funds available so my bank covered it. This also made a check of mine bounce as well. The experience date has been since we got DSL and phone with them. They have it so that they are the ONLY dialup and broadband ISP in this town. If you get dialup in the nearest next town (Auburn) then you would be charged long distance. They also overcharge. The service I have now for DSL is $40 a month. The SAME data rate and speed with other ISPs around California would only be $20-$25 a month. Their tech support is horrible. When signing up for their credit card which I got, the rep pressured me into trying Identity Alert. He was EXTREMELY persistent. I should have hung up on him, but I was trying to be polite. There is a lady at the customer service counter that always gives me a hard time, as I would often catch her conducting return fraud, when returning an item she would return the item under the sales price indirectly ripping me the customer off. I placed an order online with WomenWithin for $83.62 for 5 pairs of shorts and 2 tee-shirts. I had to return the shorts because they were to big and this is when the crap began. They received the returned items on June 4th. The owner, who has her hands in every department on a daily basis, is crazy. Told me she would sell a seadoo 200 for one price. When I returned she told me she wanted to add all these fees and I never said I wanted a trailer and that would be another 2000 and than bumped up the price on the original offer. I bought my first flatscreen from Magnavox. It was a 37" model and a BIG mistake! At about 1 year it was hard to get it to power up without a lot of effort. This got progressively worse so we left it on at all times to avoid the hassle. Then one day the power went out and that was it. The tv lasted not quite 2 years. I called AAA Air Conditioning and they were very prompt coming for the initial service call. Two days later the same problem continued, I called to have them come back (it was still w/in warranty with AAA), two weeks later they still have not come to fix the problem. This company has provided terrible service. I still have not received the correct product- they have charged me for the item. In May, I ordered an iSol Plus by phone and they delivered a different product -the iSol Plus 2X (similar name, PN is only 1 digit off) I know I requested the unit with the variable voltage as recommended by the sales guy. This company sells damaged cars as "clean." They use fine print to cover themselves and they have it down to a science...PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research on any car that they have in their lot because research has shown that more than half (49 of 75) have damage or odometer tampering. Free trial turned into unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. The company will not reimburse me for the $64.95and $24.95 that they stole from my account. The product statements on line state a free trial. Their bottle states to reorder call 1-800-247-5160. I did not sign up for a continued shipment of orders. The paperwork that arrived in the mail for this product did not state that my account would have a continual monthly debit of $89.90.
