Same complaint with Intex!! I wish I'd read this site before purchasing ANOTHER Intex pump, guess I'll have the same problem next summer. DONT BUY INTEX PRODUCTS. This 2.00 plastic part (impeller)is not replaceable because they choose NOT to give you that option so that you are forced to buy another pump. Word of advice. A new Intex pump will cost you about $100. INVEST another $100 ang get you a good sand filter pump ( you can find them on ebay brand new and cheap) I just didnt have the money and had no choice but to get whay I could afford. I have been trying for three months to asc to send me the form for the mortgage modification, they keep telling me I will have it within 5 days, but it never shows up. Monday July 15th I called them again they said they would email it to me and I would have the forms within 48 hours, 72 hours later still no forms. I purchased a pair of golf shoes from the Myrtle Beach Golf Shop. When I got home to Canada I discovered that they had given me two left shoes, a size 9W and a size 10W. I contacted Nike and the store. When I contacted the store they told me that they had no more shoes of that type and had no right shoes. When I suggested that the problem was theirs to solve they wanted me to send back the shoes and they would credit my Visa. The cost of sending the shoes from Canada to the USA makes this a silly answer. The cost of the shoes, due to a store clearance sale, was only $32.39 USD. I was then shocked when 79.95 was taken out of my checking account without my authorization. I did not have the funds available so my bank covered it. This also made a check of mine bounce as well. The experience date has been since we got DSL and phone with them. They have it so that they are the ONLY dialup and broadband ISP in this town. If you get dialup in the nearest next town (Auburn) then you would be charged long distance. They also overcharge. The service I have now for DSL is $40 a month. The SAME data rate and speed with other ISPs around California would only be $20-$25 a month. Their tech support is horrible. I placed an order online with WomenWithin for $83.62 for 5 pairs of shorts and 2 tee-shirts. I had to return the shorts because they were to big and this is when the crap began. They received the returned items on June 4th. The owner, who has her hands in every department on a daily basis, is crazy. Told me she would sell a seadoo 200 for one price. I bought my first flatscreen from Magnavox. It was a 37" model and a BIG mistake! At about 1 year it was hard to get it to power up without a lot of effort. This company sells damaged cars as "clean." They use fine print to cover themselves and they have it down to a science...PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research on any car that they have in their lot because research has shown that more than half (49 of 75) have damage or odometer tampering. Free trial turned into unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. The company will not reimburse me for the $64.95and $24.95 that they stole from my account. The product statements on line state a free trial. Their bottle states to reorder call 1-800-247-5160. I did not sign up for a continued shipment of orders. The paperwork that arrived in the mail for this product did not state that my account would have a continual monthly debit of $89.90.
