I bought a wifi antenna online at Buy.com in February 2009. In the process of the transaction, I accepted a discount offer of 1o $ for the nex purchase. Since then, I have been charged 12 $ every month by the firm Shopper Discount. I called the 800 phone number to ask for a refund and to cancel this monthly transaction. My credit card provider tells me nothing can be done on their side to cancel this transaction. I just cancelled the credit card. This country is rotten. I called the 1-800-440-4397 number to cancel my account because the product had an adverse effect on me. I called within the 10 day period numerous times but never was able to speak to anyone. I ordered the Acai Berry/Natra Pure colon cleanse on a trial basis, it didnt work, in fact is made me sick with severe diarrhea and dehydration, which actually raised my blood pressure. I had a stopped up toilet. Called Mudbug's only because I know the owner Danny. Had to get on roof to run snake. Mistake #1 they ran snake down wrong vent, got snake stuck for 3 days & never did go down the main line. Next, video inspection, never did see a broken pipe on video. I went back and read the terms and conditions, and found it was on a free trial basis, but it also stated that I had to complete an application before being accepted, which I did not.
