I am a Property Manager for a 114 unit rental community in South Florida, Broward County to be exact. My experience in dealing with FPL has become ridiculous if not ludacrous in the past few months. My Grandson was in an accident and was towed by Guardian Towning at 7945 Arjons Dr San Diego, CA, who was called by the CHP. This occured on a Sunday, so I called on Monday to see if we could trade the title for the tow and storage. they agreed to do so and I gave them my fax number to send an agreement stating this was agreeable and they said they would. After a long search for the car of my dreams, Empire Auto popped up with a killer deal. I called ahead and printed out my dream car. Beware of Signature Vacations selling holidays and then making changes to the package with no form of compensation or recourse! We were notified of a flight change a week before travel.
